Located in the Plasky neighbourhood, this lovely family apartment had been home to its owners for over 10 years. Having previously entrusted us with the sale of another property, they turned to us once again to help prepare this characterful apartment for the market. Its interiors and furnishings still reflected a bygone era.

To give the apartment a fresh look without losing its character, Maïté chose to combine contemporary furniture and modern décor with beautiful vintage pieces belonging to the owners. The aim was to preserve the property’s individuality while creating a more contemporary, welcoming atmosphere that would appeal to prospective buyers from the moment they stepped inside.

And it worked! Feedback following the viewings was extremely positive: prospective buyers appreciated the atmosphere of the apartment and found it easy to picture themselves living there.
