Mélanie began her professional journey in early childhood education, where she developed outstanding listening skills and limitless determination. She joined By the Way as an EFP trainee and quickly became an indispensable member of the team — so much so that the three partners offered her a position as Office Manager! As the partners’ true right hand, Mélanie ensures nothing is left to chance and maintains strong coordination between the company’s different departments, overseeing legal, financial, administrative, and logistical matters. She also supports Maïté on-site during our Home Staging installations and plays an active role in enhancing each property’s presentation. Today, she delights both clients and colleagues alike, supporting them every day with enthusiasm and professionalism. In her spare time, Mélanie enjoys photography — preferably with music playing — and is always up for beautiful travel experiences. So, who’s in for a city trip with Mel? ✈️
