On September 26th, we had the pleasure of welcoming around forty guests to our agency on Avenue Louise, for an evening organized in collaboration with Elitis Real Estate. The three founders of By the Way, Michael Kram, Laurent Louis, and Maïté Coolsaet, kicked off the evening by introducing our agency before handing the floor to Laurent Leybaert, head of sales for the French-speaking market at Elitis. He presented various investment strategies and tax solutions to optimize performance in the short, medium, and long term, while offering valuable insights into succession planning. He also compared several investor profiles, emphasizing that tailored investment solutions exist for each profile.
