Location P64 in a new building in the middle of the district of EUROPE : ” La résidence SQUARE LALAING ” also called ” Résidence Schuman “, rue Jacques Lalaing 51-53, on level -2: The car space is equipped with an electric charging point that can be used for an additional charge of €30 per month if used. On each level of the building, the elevator landings and stairwells are equipped with emergency lighting, which provides lighting for a certain period of time in the event of a power outage. The apartment building is equipped with 4 passenger elevators that comply with Belgian standards and European directives 95/16/EC and EN81-01/1998.
The lift motor is located in the shaft. Access to the lift is by automatic telescopic sliding doors.

The electrical installation is equipped with the necessary control and safety equipment for the operation of the lift. The lift shaft is equipped with an alarm push button and a telephone link to the repair service of the lift installer.
The basement level is equipped with the necessary signage to indicate the various parking spaces and the location of the stairwell and lift shaft; pictograms indicate the emergency exits and the various technical installations.
