On each level of the building, the lift landings and stairwells are equipped with emergency lighting which, in the event of a power cut, provides lighting for a certain period of time. The apartment building is equipped with 4 passenger lifts that comply with Belgian standards and European directives 95/16/EC and EN81-01/1998.
The lift motor is located in the shaft. Access to the lift is provided by automatic telescopic sliding doors.
The electrical installation is equipped with the necessary control and safety equipment for the operation of the lift. The lift shaft is equipped with an alarm push button and a telephone link to the repair service of the lift installer.
