Parking spaces in a new building in the middle of the EUROPE district: “La résidence SQUARE LALAING”, also known as “Résidence Schuman”, rue Jacques Lalaing 51-53, level -2: P59 for one car.  There is also an electric charging point for an additional charge of 30 euros per month if used. The car park, corridors and technical rooms in the basement are lit by TL lamps in a luminaire. Lighting in the car park is controlled by motion detectors. In the equipment rooms, it is controlled by single-pole or double-pole surface-mounted switches. Lighting in the entrance hall, stairwell and landings is controlled by motion detectors. The basement car park is ventilated naturally or mechanically. The air is supplied via openings in the basement and distributed to the communal and private areas. The distribution is coupled to a CO detection system that evacuates stale air. The car park floors are finished in semi-industrial polished concrete. Parking spaces are marked by lines on the ground. On each level of the building, the lift landings and stairwells are equipped with emergency lighting which, in the event of a power cut, provides lighting for a certain period of time. The apartment building is equipped with 4 passenger lifts that comply with Belgian standards and European directives 95/16/EC and EN81-01/1998.
